Many are the authentic works of art you might find
by chance by walking through the Fairplay Golf Hotel & Spa. The paintings
and sculptures aren’t classed, not even represent a century, a region or an
artistic trend in particular, they are only the fruits of years of journeys,
discoveries and encounters that the owner, has effectuated.
The very special fact about this collection is,
that almost all of the artworks are originals and it is quite difficult to find
another hotel with such a huge collection of real art. For example a Botero in
the lobby, a sculpture of Segal at the center of the roundabout and a gallery
in the parking garage.
So this is actually not just a hotel, it is also
a little museum.
Very soon we will be proud to present on this site
an overview of the artworks featured in the Fairplay Golf Hotel & Spa. We
will present pictures of the art pieces displayed in the hotel and biographys
of the most important artists like Fernando Botero, Diego Gadir, Bengt
Lindström, Christo, Nikki de St-Phale and Keith Haring.
